Brooke MacGregor
Managing Director
Brooke MacGregor
Managing Director
Brooke’s journey with Genergy Australia began long before she ever imagined she’d be running the business. As a child, she would head off on adventures across regional Queensland with her Dad, helping service standby generators at rural hospitals and supermarkets. What started as childhood trips with Dad would eventually become a lifelong connection to the family business.
In 2008, Brooke purchased Genergy Australia from her parents, taking the reins of the business they founded in 1995. Today, she proudly leads a company that has grown into a well-respected name in Queensland’s generator industry, while staying true to its family roots and values.
With a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Professional Accounting from QUT, Brooke combines her business knowledge with a genuine passion for people, innovation and doing things better. She’s always looking for ways to improve how Genergy operates, embracing new technology, building a great team and ensuring customers receive the exceptional service the business is known for.
For Brooke, Genergy has always been about more than generators. It’s about the people, the relationships built over decades and the pride that comes with continuing the family legacy. Her focus remains on building a business where the team enjoys coming to work, customers feel genuinely looked after and everyone takes pride in what they do.
- Brooke loves to hike mountains with the highest being Kala Patthar at 5643m.
- Brooke often dreams of running away to the bush and operating an animal refuge.
